Coaching – Mentoring – Advising – Improving Results

Enrollment Intelligence Now, LLC
Enrollment Management Consulting Firm

Our History

After retiring from full time campus-based work in 2019 and 2020, long-time colleagues and friends Robert (Bob) Massa and William (Bill) Conley formed Enrollment Intelligence NOW® (EIN).   A different type of higher education enrollment consulting firm, they specialize in coaching new leaders to perfect the “soft skills” they need to succeed in the “pressure cooker” job enrollment management positions has become.

Collaboration, mentoring staff, managing up and down, working with faculty, boards, and the senior leadership team, communication skills, writing for the higher education press, public speaking…. these are all critical skills that a new VP or dean need to succeed and get “up to speed” in the first year.

The “NOW” in EIN means that one or both principals are available to you when you need them, working with presidents and enrollment leaders in an advisory capacity to help address specific challenges immediately as they arise and, in a planning environment, to guide the development of enrollment strategies for small colleges.

Robert “Bob” Massa and William “Bill” Conley, veterans of higher education with 85 years combined on-campus experience and a proven track record of success, know the pressure cooker you’re facing.

We’re not just higher education enrollment consultants; we’re mentors, coaches, and advisors ready to help you thrive.  Our specialty is coaching and mentoring new deans and vice presidents of admissions or enrollment.

Master the “soft skills”: Collaboration, staff leadership, communication, public speaking – we’ll guide you through it all.

Get up to speed, fast: Leverage our experience and our passion for small colleges to shorten your learning curve and make an immediate impact.

On-demand support: We’re available when you need us, whether it’s tackling specific challenges or navigating strategic planning.
