The rates below provide our combined counsel.

Enrollment Management Executive Coaching and Mentoring
Retainer Service Rate:

50 hours @ $18,750 ($1250 discount from hourly project-based rate).  This would include time spent in direct consultation and on follow-up deliverables as agreed upon and represents a 6.25 percent discount from our hourly rate.

100 hours @ $37,000 ($3000 discount from hourly project-based rate).  This would include time spent in direct consultation and on follow-up deliverables as agreed upon and represents a 7.5 percent discount from our hourly rate.

College President Advising Rates:

Hourly: In working with college presidents, we can work by the hour. Our $400 an hour rate pays for an advising team consisting of both EIN principals.  OR

Retainer: If you prefer the retainer model, we can guarantee 50 hours @ $18,600 ($1350 discount from hourly project-based rate) or 100 hours @ $37,000 ($3000 discount from 50 hours).  These hours can be shared with our coaching and mentoring of a new dean or vice president of admissions or enrollment.

Project-Based Service Rate:

$400/ hour rate.  We will scope the requirements of your requested work and commit to the number of hours required to complete the consultation.
